All Domestic orders are processed within 48 hours and are shipped via UPS.

International Shipping
We currently ship internationally via DHL Express but to select countries listed in the countries option at checkout.
(If you do not see your country listed, please check back. We are expanding our international shipping constantly)
Wandland Official does not cover the cost of any taxes or duties incurred when reaching customs in your destination. Please do not refuse an order from Wandland Official when it reaches your destination. If a refusal occurs... the order cost, shipping cost, and additional fees incurred for Wandland Official to retrieve the shipment, will be your responsibility.
Delivery Locations
We deliver to Residential and Commercial addresses within the Continental U.S. (Including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto-Rico)
We do NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We Ship Internationally.
Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with all of your order details. (This is not a shipping confirmation)
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a second notification which will include your Tracking Number and updates on your order.

Damages
WANDLAND OFFICIAL is NOT liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or Contact Us directly to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
